اعلن برنامج “سكني”: 13 ألف أسرة استفادت من البرنامج
كشف برنامج “سكني” التابع لوزارة الإسكان عن استفادة 13.230 أسرة من المسجّلين في قائمتي وزارة الإسكان وصندوق التنمية العقارية من الخيارات السكنية والحلول التمويلية التي يتيحها البرنامج، بينهم 5835 أسرة سكنت منازلها.
وبلغ إجمالي الأسر التي استفادت من خيارات البرنامج المتنوعة منذ بداية العام الجاري إلى 68.195 أسرة في مختلف مناطق المملكة.
وأعلن “سكني” في بيانٍ له اليوم، عن أسماء المستفيدين وأرقام هوياتهم الوطنية من خلال زيارة البوابة الإلكترونية للبرنامج عبر الرابط https://sakani-names.housing.sa والتي تتيح كذلك جميع تفاصيل الخيارات السكنية المتنوعة التي تشمل الوحدات السكنية الجاهزة، وتحت الإنشاء، والأراضي المجانية، والقروض العقارية المدعومة التي تتيح شراء الوحدات الجاهزة من السوق، والبناء الذاتي، وتمويل القرض القائم، إضافة إلى الخدمات الأخرى التي تتضمّن حجز الأراضي السكنية في المخططات، ومبادرة دعم العسكريين في الخدمة، ودعم المتقاعدين، وتحمّل ضريبة القيمة المضافة عن المسكن الأول وغيرها.

وتأتي قائمة الأسماء الجديدة التي أعلن عنها برنامج “سكني” امتداداً لما أعلن عنه مسبقاً، حيث استفاد من البرنامج خلال العام 2018 أكثر من 157 ألف أسرة، وسجل أبريل الماضي استفادة 14,728أسرة، فيما يتواصل إعلان المزيد من المستفيدين ضمن برنامج “سكني” بشكل شهري.
وأوضح المتحدث الرسمي باسم وزارة الإسكان، سيف بن سالم السويلم، أن “سكني” يواصل تقديم خدماته للمستفيدين بحسب احتياجاتهم ورغباتهم وقدراتهم، وذلك في إطار حرص الوزارة على تسريع تملّك المواطنين للمساكن، وتقديم الخدمة لهم بشكل أفضل، تماشياً مع برنامج الإسكان، أحد برامج رؤية المملكة 2030، الذي يستهدف رفع نسبة التملّك السكني إلى 70% بحلول عام 2030.
وقال “السويلم”: “ضمن جهود “سكني” لتوفير خيارات سكنية مناسبة تتواصل أعمال البناء في 53 مشروعاً سكنياً بالشراكة مع المطوّرين العقاريين في مختلف مناطق المملكة، تتميز بأسعارها المناسبة لشريحة كبيرة من المواطنين المسجلين في قوائم وزارة الإسكان، حيث تتراوح بين 250 ألفًا وحتى 750 ألف ريال، مع مراعاة جودتها والالتزام الدقيق بمراحل تنفيذها وتسليمها للمواطنين في الوقت المحدد.

وأضاف: سيتبعها المزيد من المشاريع في جميع المناطق التي توفّر نماذج متنوعة من الوحدات السكنية تشمل الفلل والشقق والتاون هاوس ضمن بيئة سكنية متكاملة المرافق الخدمية والبنية التحتية.
وأردف: في إطار التسهيل على المستفيدين وخدمتهم بشكل أفضل يمكن التواصل مع الرقم الموحّد للعناية بالمستفيدين للإجابة عن التساؤلات كافة (199090)، إلى جانب البوابة الإلكترونية لبرنامج “سكني”.
وتابع: الوزارة تحرص دوماً على إيجاد الحلول المناسبة للأسر السعودية، التي تساعدهم في تملّك المسكن المناسب لهم.
وقال “السويلم”: الشراكة الفاعلة مع مؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي، والبنوك والمؤسسات التمويلية أسهمت في تسهيل حصول المواطنين على التمويل العقاري المناسب لهم، مع تكفل الدولة بتحمل الفوائد عن قيمة القرض العقاري بدعم يصل إلى 100% لمن تقل رواتبهم عن 14 ألف ريال، وتخفيض الدفعة الأولى المقدمة إلى 5% لمستفيدي برنامج “سكني”، مع إمكانية التقسيط في مشروعات الوحدات السكنية تحت الإنشاء.
وكان برنامج “سكني” أعلن مطلع العام الجاري عن أسماء 200 ألف أسرة يمكنها الاستفادة من الخيارات المتنوعة التي يوفرها، تشمل 100 ألف قرض عقاري مدعوم من صندوق التنمية العقارية، و50 ألف أرض مجانية في مختلف مناطق المملكة، و50 ألف وحدة سكنية تحت الإنشاء.
وتعدّ هذه المرة الأولى التي يعلن فيها “سكني” عن أسماء المستحقين خلال العام في دفعة واحدة، وذلك بهدف تسريع التملّك وتقليص قوائم الانتظار، وإتاحة فرص سكنية أكثر تلائم مختلف فئات المجتمع في مناطق المملكة كافة.
