– الزمالة السعودية أو العربية أو الأمريكية أو ما يعادلها في مجال التخصص من الشهادات المعترف بها عالمياً مع خبرة ثلاث سنوات في ذات الصلة بعد الزمالة.

2- طبيب نائب جراحة عامة.
