حساب المواطن اوضح أنه يمكن إثبات استقلالية مسكن المستفيد، وذلك من خلال إرسال أحد المستندات التالية:
1- عقد الإيجار الموحد من منصة الإيجار.
2- صك ملكية السكن.
3- فاتورة كهرباء.
4- مشهد إثبات سكن جامعي أو أحد المعاهد أو الكليات العسكرية.
ولفت برنامج حساب المواطن، في إنفوجرافيك توعوي، إلى أنه يشترط أن تكون هذه المستندات باسم المستفيد للتصديق عليها.

التسجيل مستمر:
من جهة أخرى تتواصل عملية التسجيل في دورة الدفعة الـ21، والتي سيتم إيداعها في شهر يوليو المقبل، وحث البرنامج المواطنين على التسجيل للاستفادة من الدعم عبر الرابط التالي.(هنا).
ويستمر التسجيل في البرنامج للاستفادة من الدفعة القادمة، حتى موعد إيداع الدفعة العشرين بمشيئة الله.

شروط الأهلية:
ويجب لاستيفاء شروط الأهلية في البرنامج أن يكون المسجل سعودي الجنسية، ويُستثنى من ذلك ابن وابنة المواطنة والزوج أو الزوجة غير السعودية وحاملو بطاقات التنقل، وأن يقيم المستفيد بشكل دائم داخل المملكة بحيث لا يقيم خارج المملكة لأكثر من 90 يوماً خلال الـ12 شهراً الماضية، كما يشترط عدم تواجد المستفيد في أي من دور الإيواء الحكومية أو السجون، وتوافق البيانات المفصح عنها مع بيانات الجهات ذات العلاقة، فيما تعتمد معايير الاستحقاق على إجمالي دخل الأسرة وعدد أفرادها وأعمار التابعين إذا كانت أكبر أو أقل من 18 عاماً.

تفاصيل الدفعة الـ19:
وكان برنامج حساب المواطن قد أودع، يوم الاثنين الماضي، 2.5 مليار ريال مخصص دعم لمستفيدي الدفعة التاسعة عشرة لشهر يونيو من العام الجاري، حيث بلغ إجمالي التعويضات المدفوعة بأثر رجعي عن الدفعة السابقة 9.2 مليون ريال، وقد بلغت نسبة المستفيدين المستوفين لشروط الأهلية والاستحقاق في هذه الدفعة 83% متخطيًا عددهم حاجز الـ 12.4 مليون مستفيد وتابع، فيما بلغ إجمالي المدفوعات منذ انطلاق البرنامج وحتى الدفعة الحالية أكثر من 45 مليار ريال، بينما بلغ مجموع المدفوعات بأثر رجعي لـ 19 دفعة أكثر من 342 مليون ريال.
Citizen Account: Documents required to prove the independence of the beneficiary’s residence
The Citizen Account Program explained that the beneficiary’s residence can be proven by sending one of the following documents:
1- The standard lease from the rental platform.
2 – the ownership of housing.
3 – Electricity bill.
4 – the scene of proof of university housing or a military institute or colleges.
The Citizen Account Program, in Infographic Education, indicated that these documents must be in the name of the beneficiary for ratification.

Eligibility Requirements:

Non-existence of the beneficiary in any of the government shelters or prisons, and the compatibility of the data disclosed with the data of the relevant parties, while the eligibility criteria depend on the total income of the family and the number of members and the age of the dependents if they are greater than or less than 18 years.

On Monday, the citizen’s account program deposited 2.5 billion riyals in support of the 19 th installment of June 2006. The total amount of compensation paid retroactively from the previous payment was 9.2 million riyals. The total number of payments since the start of the program until the current installment was more than 45 billion riyals, while the total payments for the 19 payments were more than 342 million riyals.
