أعلنت وزارة الحج والعمرة، عبر موقعها الإلكتروني، عن توفر عدد (49) وظيفة شاغرة للرجال والنساء، والمشمولة بسلم رواتب الموظفين العام (الإدارية) من المرتبة الرابعة حتى المرتبة التاسعة؛ وذلك للعمل بفروع الوزارة بكل من مكة المكرمة، وجدة.
وأبرزت الوزارة أن الوظائف المتاحة وفق المسميات التالية:
– الوظائف النسائية:
. كاتب.
. مراقب خدمات (عدد وظيفتين).
. ناسخ آلة (عدد وظيفتين).
. مساعد إداري- المرتبة الخامسة (عدد 3 وظائف).
. كاتب (عدد 4 وظائف).
. محاسب مساعد (عدد 4 وظائف).
. مدقق شؤون الموظفين.
. مساعد إداري- المرتبة السادسة (عدد 17 وظيفة).
. باحث تطوير موارد بشرية (عدد وظيفتين).
. باحث عمليات موارد بشرية (عدد وظيفتين).
. باحث قانوني.
. باث قضايا (عدد 3 وظائف).
. مستشار قانوني مساعد.
– الوظائف الرجالية:
. سكرتير.
. مراقب أمن وسلامة (عدد 3 وظائف).
. مراقب خدمات (عدد وظيفتين).
وبينت الوزارة أن الفئات المستهدفة والشروط المطلوبة هي:
– خريجو المعاهد التخصصية (حسب ما تضمنه دليل تصنيف الوظائف).
– خريجو الدبلومات المتوسطة بعد الثانوية العامة وما يعادلها (حسب ما تضمنه دليل تصنيف الوظائف).
– خريجو الدرجة الجامعية (درجة البكالوريوس).
– خريجو الدبلومات العليا بعد الدرجة الجامعية (حسب ما تضمنه دليل تصنيف الوظائف).
– خريجو درجة الماجستير.
– خريجو درجة الدكتوراه.
– الأولوية في الترشيح للتخصصات غير التربوية ومن ثم للتربوية.
– يشترط توفر قرار معادلة من وزارة التعليم للحاصلين على درجاتهم العلمية من خارج المملكة.
– جميع الوظائف المعلنة تتطلب مقابلة شخصية، وسيتم دعوة أكثر من متقدم على كل وظيفة من المتقدمين الأعلى نقاطاً.
– ستتم عملية مطابقة بيانات المرشحين والمرشحات خلال إجراء المقابلات الشخصية، وفي حال اختلاف البيانات، أو عدم اجتياز المقابلة الشخصية سيتم استبعاد المرشح.
– بالنسبة للرجال يُشترط اختبار القدرة المعرفية للجامعيين للمرتبة السادسة والسابعة.
– الترشيح النهائي سيتم بعد الانتهاء من (مطابقة البيانات، والمقابلات الشخصية).
وأوضحت الوزارة أن التقديم يبدأ الساعة 12 صباحاً يوم الاثنين الموافق 1440/9/22هـ، وينتهي الساعة 12 مساءً يوم الأربعاء الموافق 1440/9/24هـ، وذلك عبر منظومة جدارة بموقع وزارة الخدمة المدنية (هنا)

Ministry of Hajj and Umrah: announces the availability of 49 vacant administrative positions for men and women
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced on its website the availability of (49) vacant positions for men and women, which are covered by the salary of civil servants from the fourth to the ninth rank, to work in the branches of the ministry in Makkah and Jeddah.
The Ministry highlighted that the jobs available according to the following names:
– Women’s jobs:
. clerk.
. Service Monitor (number of posts).
. Machine burner (number of two jobs).
. Administrative Assistant – Fifth position (3 jobs).
. Writer (4 posts).
. Assistant Accountant (4 posts).
. Personnel Auditor.
. Administrative Assistant – 6th rank (17 posts).
. Non Human Resource Development (Number of posts).
. Non Human Resources Operations (Number of posts).
. Legal Researcher.
. Bath Issues (3 posts).
. Assistant Legal Advisor.
– Men’s jobs:
. secretary.
. Security and Safety Controller (3 posts).
. Service Monitor (number of posts).
The Ministry indicated that the target groups and the required conditions are:
– Graduates of specialized institutes (as included in the classification of jobs).
– Graduates of intermediate diplomas after high school and its equivalent (according to the classification of jobs).
– Graduates of the university degree (bachelor’s degree).
– Graduates of higher diplomas after university degree (according to the classification of jobs).
– Graduates of the Master’s degree.
– PhD graduates.
– Priority in nomination for non-educational and then educational.
– An equivalent decision is required from the Ministry of Education for holders of their degrees from outside the Kingdom.
– All advertised posts require a personal interview, and more applicants will be invited to each of the top applicants’ positions.
– The process of matching the data of candidates and candidates during the interview, and in case of different data, or not to pass the interview will be excluded candidate.
– For men, it is necessary to test the cognitive ability of the sixth and seventh graders.
– Final nomination will be completed after (data matching, interviews).
The ministry explained that the application will start at 12 am on Monday 1440/9/22 and end at 12 pm on Wednesday, 1440/9/24, through a system of merit at the site of the Ministry of Civil Service (here)
