قال الأمین العام للجنة الإعلام والتوعیة بالبنوك السعودیة طلعت حافظ: إن القرار الصادر من مؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي، بمنح المواطنین والمقیمین الموقوفة خدماتھم، صلاحیة السحب النقدي عبر أجھزة الصراف الآلي، سیمكن الموقوف خدماتھ من سحب 67 %من الراتب، على أن یتبقى الثلث لسداد مدیونیاتھ، مبینًا أن القرار لا یخول لھم استخدام الخدمات الإلكترونیة، لتنفیذ أو سداد الخدمات أو الفواتیر المستحقة علیھم، وأوضح أمین لجنة الإعلام بالبنوك السعودیة، أن بعض البنوك بدأت فعلیا في تطبیق القرار، إلا أنھ تم منح مھلة حتى نھایة الربع الثاني من العام الحالي 2019 لتطبیقھ بشكل كامل، وكان المتحدث باسم البنوك السعودیة طلعت حافظ؛ أكد في وقت سابق، أن قرار أحقیة الموقوف خدماتھم في السحب النقدي عبر أجھزة الصراف الآلي سیتم تنفیذه خلال ً أسبوعین، موضحا أنھ سیشمل جمیع البنوك وجمیع الموقوف خدماتھم دون استثناء.
وكانت «الأحوال المدنیة» أعلنت بدء تقدیم جمیع خدمات السجل المدني للمواطنین الموقوف خدماتھم عبر حجز موعد إلكتروني، وأوضحت أنھ بإمكان المواطنین الموقوفة خدماتھم حجز موعد إلكتروني، ومراجعة أقرب مكتب للأحوال المدنیة للاستفادة من جمیع الخدمات، من بینھا تجدید الھویة الوطنیة.
